5. Records Held by Glucode (Section 51(1)(c) and (e))

5.1 Automatically Available Records (Section 51(1)(c))

5.2 Records Available on Request (Section 51(1)(e))

Glucode may hold:

• Client Agreements: NDA-protected B2B contracts.

• Proprietary Data: Software development records, NDA-protected.

6. Request Procedure (Section 51(1)(d))

2. Fees:

4. Remedies

7. Grounds for Refusal (Section 51(1)(e))

• PAIA Section 68: Commercial confidentiality.

• PAIA Section 63, POPIA: Personal information protection.

• PAIA Section 64: Trade secrets.

All requests are refused due to NDAs and confidentiality.
